- Shipping time will base on the customer's location, about 1 to 3 days to arrive. UPS shipping rates vary depending on the zip code calculated by the UPS rate system.
- If you discover product quality issues, wrong or missing delivery, or other losses caused by "Food baskets," we sincerely apologize. Please get in touch with customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we can assist with reissuing the order.
- Please open the package immediately upon receipt to check if the item is correct or if there is any problem. If there is a product defect, wrong or missing delivery, or other reasons caused by the merchant, please notify us. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund given that the product is new, unused, and in its original package with proof of purchase. The customer will be liable for any shipping cost due to reasons not caused by the merchant.
