Q: Do I need to refrigerate the food?

A: Yes. Although our food products are vacuum packed, please refrigerate all the food products upon receiving them to ensure freshness

 

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can use all the major credit cards. And you can use Stripe, Chase Zelle, Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon pay, WeChat pay, Ali pay.

 

Q: Can I return a product? 

A: We generally do not accept the return or exchange of food unless it is our mistake—for instance, the wrong product or a product defect because for safety purposes we cannot resale the food to other customers if it is returned. We do not hope to take the return burden if it is not our mistake. Please understand!

 

Q: What is the shipping cost and shipping speed?

A: We ship within the U.S. Shipping time will base on the customer's location, about 1 to 3 days to arrive.

UPS shipping rates vary depending on the zip code calculated by the UPS rate system. 

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: We will send you the tracking code when the parcel has been sent.

 

Q: Are those wholesale product? What is the quantity of each box?

A: Yes. We are a food factory outlet selling quality food at prices no one else can compete.

Except for the sausage series, each box weighs 7.5 to 8 pounds and contains 7 to 8 packages of small individual packaging, approximately 1 pound each package.

 

Q: What type of food do you sell?

A: We sell ready-to-eat food which is vacuum-packed and sterilized in packaging. For instance, marinated spicy and non-spicy products, sausage and hot dog series.

 

Q: What are your products’ best before day?

A: The best before day for those marinated spicy and non-spicy products are within 14days; sausage series are 3 months; hot dog series are 6 months.
